...Fairytale  Wedding Dresses...

Once upon a time.... many years ago a little girl of three wanted to make clothes for her dollies.  So her mother bought her a miniature sewing machine. The desire became a passion... soon she was making cloths for herself and her sister. Her name was Sue and by the time she was sixteen years old she was designing and making clothes for grown ups.

The passion had not diminished so Sue studied hard to learn the finer points of design and dress making. The fairytale continued when she got her first job working for Norman Hartnell, then the Queens Dressmaker.

Along came prince charming and Sue got married. While her children were growing up Sue returned to work as a freelance designer and was commissioned by The Chelsea Design Company, to work on clothes for the late Princess Diana and many of the rich and famous.  Sue worked very hard and the fairytale went on...

Sue Goodchild now has her own store specializing in wedding dresses of her own designs.  In addition the "House of Couture" carry one of the best ranges east of London for Accessories, Mother of the Bride outfits, Evening and Prom Dresses .

The fairytale continued.... their first child Pippa now has her own prince charming and her own wedding business.
Sue Goodchild has one of the most comprehensive establishments supplying the needs of many brides in the south east. Sue has now used her experience to become a consultant to the Wedding Industry and Bridal Trade.

It is her sincere wish that some of the magic of this true life fairytale may rub off onto your special day.
