Terms and Conditions for Urgent Deliveries

The normal delivery time we require for orders is 6 months but we can push through orders with a shorter lead time if necessary.

We will not take an order if enough lead time is not thought possible.

When placing an order with a shorter lead time than usually required by our suppliers, then a special order charge maybe required.

Your order will arrive in time for your function date but an expected delivery date is not possible as short notice orders are usually processed in between the processing of our normal lead time orders.

Please be aware that in some cases your order may arrive close to your function date (last 7 days), if this is the case which is very rare then we will arrange for one of our seamstresses to be available to undertake any alterations you may need with a quick turnaround time, making this not unreasonable.
