for private sale by private sellers. Garments are also advertised in
good faith as still being for sale. Garments may or may not be
purchased originally from House of Couture. This website does not buy or
sell Wedding dresses. House of couture – Once Worn is an advertising
media only. All photography remains the property of their originator and should under no circumstances be reproduced without permission. We reserve the right to change or refuse an advertisement. All personal customer data is held in a secure format and location, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All customer data received is for the sole use of House of Couture and will not be disclosed to or shared with any third parties, with the sole exception of the email address and telephone numbers supplied for contact use between sellers and purchasers only. Advertisers should be aware that email address shown on the our pages are potentially open to harvesting by companies or individuals who may use them to send spam or junk email. Refunds of any advertising fees, for whatever reason, can only be made if requested during the first Ten days following receipt of payment. All efforts are taken by House of Couture to ensure that it maintains a computer system (hardware and software) that remains virus-free. However we cannot accept any responsibility for any viruses (or similar) transmitted via our system electronically to client's computers. Credit/debit card details entered online are on secure servers. Alternatively we advise you to give details of your credit cards over the phone and not via email. We reserve our right to refuse an advertisement.
